ABOUT THE MUSIC ON DREAM TIME:

Music has been used to get into a deeper meditative state for at least 25,000 years. With his atmospheric soundscapes, composer Robert Porembski is a pioneer in the genre of “mindful meditation music”.

Neuroscientists recently made a correlation between an increase of alpha brain waves—either through electrical stimulation or mindfulness and meditation—and the ability to reduce depressive symptoms and increase creative thinking, relaxation, healing and sleep.

Robert Porembski’s atmospheric composition for DreamTime, creates a sacred space where time does not exist. The relaxing music engenders brainwave entrainment for meditation, sleep and healing.
